We stayed on the 50th floor of this hotel, and it offered the highest view we've ever experienced. The room was spacious, with a very large closet at the entrance that provided plenty of room for our clothes. Additionally, the location was convenient, being in the heart of downtown with easy access to various attractions.
The customer service at this hotel was lacking, as mentioned in some of the reviews.

Luxurious amenities were met at this hotel. My stay was comfortable in a well-equipped room that fulfilled my needs. Plus, the location was fantastic, providing easy access to Toronto's main attractions. the private facilities offered me an exclusive experience, making me feel like I was in a high-end hotel.
Although, I noticed the television was slow starting up, which detracted from my overall satisfaction, it was a minor issue. the excellent service I received somewhat made up for it.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel was perfect for exploring the local area. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable bedding and a great view of the city skyline from the window. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering tips on local places to eat and drink.
The pull-out sofa was not comfortable to sleep on and there were no additional blankets or pillows available. , the check-in process was confusing and took longer than expected due to a malfunctioning key pick-up machine.

The apartment was not maintained well and some amenities were broken or missing. the pictures online did not match the actual apartment and the sofa bed was not adequate for adults.
